The daily audios are roughly between 20-30 minutes per day. Listen to them as you drift of to sleep each night. Extra content and live coaching is roughly 1 hour a week.
Everybody is different in terms of timescale. For some it can be as little as a few weeks for others it can take a little longer. Repetition is the key to remodelling, so it is important for change to occur that you use the program consistently.
We currently do not have a lifetime plan. You can access the contents of the program by either joining on the monthly plan or by joining annually.
